Please accept this news item as early advice that the East League Annual General Meeting and Presentation Day will take place on Sunday will take place on Sunday 14th June and will be held again at Letchworth Hockey Club and will start at 2pm.
Invitations to the AGM, along with Agenda Items will be sent out to all clubs at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the AGM and will be sent to the person listed on the East League website as Hon Secretary. It will be up to that person to share the communication within your club.
If you are lucky enough to play in a team that wins an East League Division then be aware your club will be expected to send a representative of your club to attend the day to collect your trophy. Your club consents and agrees to this on entering the League. Division winners will also receive an invitation but if you win a division and ask "Are we expected to collect our trophy" the answer is yes and there is a £100 fine per team if you do not attend.
